Attention All Producers of IFB Funded Projects!

Board Scannan na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board (IFB) is delighted to launch the IFB Film Directory, a newly designed online database for films funded by the IFB, which producers can now update directly.

The key change to the database is that producers are now empowered to edit their own entries so that you can take ownership over the film entry and review it when necessary to make it is as relevant as possible.

The IFB Film Directory acts as a reference for all of our projects and can now feature a range of stills, trailers and clips from the film if available. The Film Directory remains the most popular section on the IFB website and is targeted at international festivals, sales agents, distributors, journalists and the general public to promote our films.

Highlights of the new directory:
• You can now register to edit current entries already up there
• Add new official selections and awards
• Update stills, synopsis, production details
• Add trailers so people can view them in the Film Directory
• Add links to our Media Hub
• All cast and crew automatically link to imdb entries

If your project is in production you can now create a new entry and add information as you get it. This entry will form the basis for our production catalogue at year end so it is in your interest to keep this information as up-to-date as possible.
